2020 3 Round NFL Mock Draft

Finally, some sports! Although I thoroughly enjoyed "The Last Dance", I'm ready to see some moves that are happening in the present. My Redskins have the second pick, and I'm hoping that for once Dan Snyder won't screw us over and the Ron Rivera Era can begin. But for other teams with competent owners, there is still a lot of speculation about who will get drafted. So, Let's Talk Sports is here to provide you all with a bit of insight before the draft.

Round 1:

1. Cincinnati Bengals- Joe Burrow, QB, LSU

2. Washington Redskins- Chase Young, DE, Ohio St.

3. Trade: Miami Dolphins- Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Alabama

6. Los Angeles Chargers- Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon

7. Carolina Panthers- Derrick Brown, DT, Auburn

8. Arizona Cardinals- Tristan Wirfs, OT, Iowa

9. Jacksonville Jaguars- Javon Kinlaw, DL, South Carolina

10. Cleveland Browns- Mekhi Becton, OT, Louisville

11. New York Jets- Jerry Jeudy, WR, Alabama

12. Las Vegas Raiders- CeeDee Lamb, WR, Oklahoma

13. San Francisco 49ers- Henry Ruggs III, WR, Alabama

31. San Francisco 49ers- Ezra Cleveland, OT, Boise St.

32. Kansas City Chiefs- Trevon Diggs, CB, Alabama

Top ten picks for this year include Chase Young, Isaiah Simmons, and Justin Herbert (pictured left to right). Young is the most highly touted of all the defensive players in the draft, having been a Heisman award finalist last year. However, Simmons has been given his fair share of compliments and attention from NFL scouts with his ability to play almost any defensive position. Although Herbert is the third QB off the board in my draft, he is very athletic and can extend a play with his legs, a talent that is becoming more and more prized in the NFL.

Round 2:

33. Cincinnati Bengals- Austin Jackson, OT, USC

34. Trade: Philadelphia Eagles- Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson

35. Detroit Lions- Neville Gallimore, DT, Oklahoma

36. New York Giants- Cesar Ruiz, C, Michigan

37. Los Angeles Chargers- Isaiah Wilson, OT, Georgia

43. Chicago Bears- Grant Delpit, S, LSU

44. Indianapolis Colts- Denzel Mims, WR, Baylor

45. Tamps Bay Buccaneers- J.K. Dobbins, RB, Ohio St.

46. Denver Broncos- Laviska Shenault, WR, Colorado

47. Atlanta Falcons- Damon Arnette, CB, Ohio St.

48. New York Jets- Johnathan Greenard, DE, Florida

49. Pittsburgh Steelers- K.J. Hamler, WR, Penn St.

50. Chicago Bears- Jaylon Johnson, CB, Utah

61. Tennessee Titans- Cameron Dantzler, CB, Mississippi St.

62. Dallas Cowboys- Robert Hunt, G, Louisiana-Lafayette

63. Kansas City Chiefs- Justin Madubuike, LB, Texas A&M

64. San Francisco 49ers- Antoine Winfield Jr., S, Minnesota

Although they weren't selected the first time around, these second round prospects have quite the resumés and will be ready to make an immediate impact to their new teams. Tee Higgins (left) had 13 touchdowns and over 1100 yards last season while helping Clemson go to the National Championship. Johnathan Taylor (center) on the other hand, did not fully live up to the bar that was set for him last year, but he did have over 2000 rushing yards and was a 1st team All-American. Same goes for Antoine Winfield Jr. (right) who had a career high seven interceptions on his way to being named an All-American. Winfield is also extremely fast, having a 40 yard dash time under 4.5 seconds.

Round 3:

65. Cincinnati Bengals- Willie Gay Jr., LB, Mississippi St.

66. Washington Redskins- Prince Tega Wanogho, OT, Auburn

67. Detroit Lions- Cam Akers, RB, Florida St.

68. New York Jets- Bryce Hall, CB, Virginia

69. Carolina Panthers- Malik Harrison, LB, Ohio St.

70. Trade: Cleveland Browns- Ashtyn Davis, S, California

71. Los Angeles Chargers- Raekwon Davis, DT, Alabama

72. Arizona Cardinals- Jordan Elliott, DE, Missouri

73. Jacksonville Jaguars- Jonah Jackson, G, Ohio St.

74. Trade: Miami Dolphins- Michael Pittman Jr., WR, USC

75. Indianapolis Colts- Cole Kmet, TE, Notre Dame

76. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Jacob Eason, QB, Washington

77. Denver Broncos- Troy Pride Jr., CB, Notre Dame

78. Atlanta Falcons- Akeem Davis-Gaither, LB, Appalachian St.

79. New York Jets- Nick Harris, C, Washington

80. Las Vegas Raiders- Michael Ojemudia, CB, Iowa

81. Las Vegas Raiders- John Simpson, G, Clemson

82. Dallas Cowboys- Khalid Kareem, DE, Notre Dame

91. Trade: Philadelphia Eagles- Ben Bredeson, G, Michigan

92. Baltimore Ravens- Van Jefferson, WR, Florida

93. Tennessee Titans- Bradlee Anae, DE, Utah

94. Green Bay Packers- Adam Trautman, TE, Dayton

95. Denver Broncos- Tyler Biadasz, C, Wisconsin

96. Kansas City Chiefs- Damien Lewis, G, LSU

97. Cleveland Browns- Logan Wilson, LB, Wyoming

98. New England Patriots- DaVon Hamilton, DE, Ohio St.

99. New York Giants- Terrell Burgess, S, Utah

100. New England Patriots- Chase Claypool, WR, Notre Dame

101. Seattle Seahawks- Saahdiq Charles, OT, LSU

102. Pittsburgh Steelers- Keith Ismael, C, San Diego St.

103. Philadelphia Eagles- Reggie Robinson, CB, Tulsa

104. Los Angeles Rams- Jabari Zuniga, DE, Florida

105. Minnesota Vikings- Brandon Jones, S, Texas

106. Baltimore Ravens- Tyler Johnson, WR, Minnesota

In the third round, many intriguing prospects remain. Take top TE Cole Kmet for example, who had six touchdowns for the Fighting Irish last year. Additionally, Washington QB Jacob Eason is an underrated talent, and his ability to throw deep passes is on the level that Aaron Rodgers had when he was a rookie. We also see Tyler Biadasz get drafted in the third. Last year, Biadasz captained the Wisconsin offensive line, helping the Badgers achieve a thriving running game.
